Application Instructions

Your WrapYourBoard kit includes everything you need to protect your snowboard from scratches, wear, and everyday damage.

Contents

  • 34 × 165 cm Gloss or Matte Protection Film
  • Application Squeegee
  • Utility Knife
  • Cleaning Alcohol Wipes

Step 1

Place your snowboard on a flat, stable surface.

For best results, apply the film at room temperature.

Step 2

Remove any stickers, dirt, or residue from the topsheet.

Thoroughly clean and degrease the surface using the included alcohol wipes.

Step 3

Unroll the film and position it on the snowboard.

Make sure the film extends beyond all edges of the board.

Step 4

Secure the film in the center of the snowboard using two small pieces of masking tape.

This will help keep the film aligned during installation.

Step 5

Lift the film from the left side and carefully cut the backing paper near the center line.

Remove the backing from one half of the film.

Step 6

Using the squeegee, apply the film to the board with smooth, even strokes.

Work from the center outward toward the edges to remove air and moisture.

Take your time and hold the squeegee at approximately a 45-degree angle.

Use the soft side of the squeegee to avoid scratching the film.

Step 7

Repeat the same process on the right side of the board.

Continue working outward until the film is fully applied and free from air bubbles.

Step 8

Using the utility knife, carefully trim the excess film around the edge of the snowboard.

Use the edge of the board as a guide and keep the knife at a slight angle for the cleanest finish.

Step 9

Use the insert template supplied in the packaging to cut out the binding inserts.

Alternatively, use a ruler as a guide to carefully remove the film covering the inserts before mounting your bindings.

Pro Tip

For the best appearance and long-term adhesion, allow the film to settle for several hours before riding your snowboard.

WRAP IT BEFORE YOU RIDE IT.
Good advice in general. 🏂❄️
